By using ClientFit ("Service"), you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these conditions, you must immediately stop using the Service.

ClientFit is a SaaS platform that allows personal trainers to manage clients, training programs and related data.

The Service is accessible via web browser and may be updated, modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

To use the Service you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep credentials confidential
• Immediately notify any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

ClientFit offers free and paid plans.

• Payments are managed through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel at any time
• Access remains active until the end of the paid period

Unless required by law, no refunds are provided for periods already paid.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Compromise system security or integrity
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities

ClientFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You are responsible for the data entered into the system (clients, workout plans, notes, etc.).

ClientFit:

• Does not verify the accuracy of entered data
• Is not responsible for decisions based on such data

All rights relating to ClientFit (software, design, logo, content) are owned by the owner.

It is prohibited to:

• Copy or replicate the service
• Perform reverse engineering
• Resell or distribute without authorization

We do our best to ensure continuity, but we do not guarantee:

• Absence of interruptions
• Error-free operation
• Constant availability

The service is provided "as is".

To the extent permitted by law, ClientFit is not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Loss of profits
• Business interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

You may cancel your account at any time.

ClientFit may suspend or terminate accounts in the event of:

• Violation of terms
• Improper use of the service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be published on the website and will take effect immediately.

Continued use of the service implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the owner's place of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
